By booking an event at The Church on Delmar ("Venue"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. RESERVATION & BOOKING
A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm and hold any event date. Dates are not guaranteed until both have been received. The Church on Delmar reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2. VENUE POLICIES
All clients, guests, vendors, and staff are required to adhere to The Church on Delmar's venue policies at all times. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of the event without refund. Venue policies include, but are not limited to, noise ordinances, capacity limits, approved vendor requirements, and property use guidelines.
