All sales are final. The Church on Delmar does not offer refunds on any payments made toward event bookings, packages, or services.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, date changes, or unforeseen events.

In the event of a cancellation or significant change to your reservation, clients are required to notify The Church on Delmar in writing no later than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the client being responsible for the full contracted amount, regardless of whether the event takes place.
